I'm not sure if the sum of all their best qualities adds up to a good quarterback.

Smith and Garrard are the only safe ones I think. Garrard will be the elder mentor. Simms has to be out. Which leaves McElroy, Sanchez and Tebow. I think the Jets take $12 million cap hit by cutting Sanchez, which makes cutting him a tough pill to swallow. And Tebow is well Tebow. Dont know about Mcelroy.

Smith can't start right away either especially with the state of the rest of their offense.

Glad I'm not a Jets fan. Chiefs at least seem to be on an upswing

I just looked at Arizona's draft and they have done really well so far. They have addressed several needs outside of their QB issue.

I like the Nassib pick. You can't teach speed, arm or size. And this kid starts with what you can't teach. Especially the arm.

Let's see what happens when he gets some real coaching. You also can't teach brains but even Terry Bradshaw showed if you work hard enough at it you can learn enough to be a great quarterback.
