Is there a lot of overlap with Galactic Civ 2 and the Sins of a Solar Empire games?

Not remotely. GalCiv is turn based where as Sins is a RTS. The gameplay itself is also fundamentally different in a lot of ways. GalCiv is decidedly "old school", but very much in a good way.

Yes. But I got my skyrim key and a couple others out of it. The irony of their "mistake" is it was live for quite some time (as in multiple days) before they pulled it, so they're full of shit.

It wasn't up for multiple days unless you are counting it going live at night and being taken down in the morning then yes it span two days 😛

GTA San Andreas and GTA IV are in my top 10 of all time games. I played GTA 3 and Vice City right when they came out but that was over 10 years ago. I haven't played them since. Have they aged well and are they worth picking up for $5 for both? I still enjoy San Andreas (beat it again last year) but I remember that having relatively better graphics than Vice City.

I have $10 left after grabbing the Bethesda pack. Does anyone have input on what game I should get? I'm a big fan of GTA, first or third person shooters, and RPGs (action or otherwise).

Vice City was my favorite. I didn't really like San Andreas that much and I never played GTA IV.

That was multiple days. Judging by the looks of the CAG thread, it was actually up for a day before it was posted as well.

Is that good? I mean, I already have Bioshocks...

But as for whether it activates on Steam, it says DRM: Steam on the top, but then under Spec Ops The Line it just says Download, not Game Code. Still, could be a nice bundle.

Spec Ops is a Steamworks game so it will activate on it. Honestly, if you are just wanting Spec Ops go to Greenmangaming it is $7.50 and you can use their 30% off coupon bringing it down to $5.xx

As for the game itself. Spec Ops is a weird one. It is worth playing because of the story, it is very good because of this. But the game play itself is pretty average and nothing special. It is worth playing it for the story though.

I picked up The Walking Dead. I have to say, this game is as good as everyone was has said. I just finished episode 2. Been trying to play it along the lines of how I would actually play out if it were me. I like the comparisons at the end showing how other people chose as well (granted some of that is skewed from people playing multiple playthroughs?)

Steam is down right now 🙁

My theory: They finally reduced the price of Borderlands 2 and Skyrim to $10 each, and they've been hit with a massive response, LOL...

Anno 2070 should be more reasonably priced in the summer sale, yes? Not sure if such things are predictable this many years into Steam sales.

given how much all the dlc adds to the final price, and that's it's got ubi drm, it would have to knock a decimal place or two off the price before I touch it.
