I guess there could be some delay due to "overwhelming demand" for the debit cards. Then again, the "Anandtech affect" was probably responsible for a lot of the "overwhelming demand." 🙂

I called last week and was told my information was processed Oct 10th and it would be at least another 6-8 weeks before I received the incentive.
 
I just called 1-866-742-3452 and the guy said they received my test drive cert (major sigh of relief) on 9/26/2002 and I should expect the $75 MC card 10 weeks from that date which means I should receive it around the first week of December!

I'm just glad that they received it and I wasn't disqualified or anything weird like that.
 
Thanks for the number guys. I was able to find out that my postcard was received and is being processed. Seems like some got their money quickly, while others (inc. me), have had to wait. Oh well, as long as it comes, I'm happy.
 
I just got my brochure today and going use it this weekend. So for those of you waiting, you should get your soon. It took about 1-2 weeks to get mine.

The brochures arrive quite quickly. However, once you test drive the Expedition and send the signed post card back in, some people are having to wait about 10 weeks for the $75 debit card.

Exactly. You get the brochure quickly but have to wait at least 10 weeks. They received my signed test drive cert on 9/26 so mine should be coming around late Nov/early Dec.
 
Yep, called and they got my card too.. on October 31st, about a month after I sent it in. Said it will come around middle of December, just in time for some holiday shopping.. I'll take the wait!
 
Did you use the "Request a Custom Printed Brochure" button at the bottom of the page to get the card? I used that and only received a brochure with no $75 offer.

Anyone who got this deal to work, which of these options did you choose?

^ Anyone have an answer to my above post? Some of us didn't get the incentive offer so I'm trying to figure out why. Did you choose 0-3 months for new purchase timeframe?
 
A lot of these offeres are triggerred by the competetion and/or purchase plans.

Always put down that you have an equivalent competitors vehicle or one of an older model.
 

I got the card today but it says on the paper, "Please enjoy this $50.00 gift card as a thank you from Ford for getting behind the wheel".


edit: Called the # on the back of the card and it is showing $75 balance. Cool

Did you make a scan of the post card that you sent in?? Some of the first brochures had offers for $50 cards in them - while the later brochures had offers for $75 cards in them. My card had the $50 offer, but the one for my wife was for $75.

When did you mail in your post card? I sent mine in and received my debit card in about 3 weeks. However, the one for my wife was sent in a few weeks later and looks like it could take up to 8 weeks to get here.

....not sure which day i sent it in....that info is in my filing cabinet. yes, I made copies of everything, but that doesn't matter now.... 🙂
 
This thread might be a bit old, but I wanted to mention that I got my brochure over the weekend. It included the CD & $75 gift certificate. I walked in on Monday, explained that a sale would be hopeless so he just signed the card so I was in & out in no time. Hopefully I get it by X-mas. Easist free money I've ever obtained, including those old paid-2-surf companies a couple years back during the 'net bubble years. Thanks guys.

I finally got my 2003 brochure today w/ cd and the special offer for a bag, putter, or the 75.00 GC. Initially they sent the 2002 and I thought the deal had ended...guess not!
 
Mine is due this week or next, tho I still haven't gotten it.

Infiniti and Saturn are the only two that have ever gotten the stuff to me early. Ford and Ford subsidiaries take

Received my $75 debit MasterCard yesterday in the mail, even though they told me last week that it wouldn't be here until mid-December - nice suprise!
