If a girl is 16 and the guy is 26, that's clearly statuatory rape since she is under 18 (whether she's consenting or not).

Im almost 22, and im dating a 30 year old guy! It DEFINATELY has to do with maturity. guys Ive dated in my past don't have any stability or know the right way to treat a woman. Age becomes less of a factor as you get older. A 30 year old marrying a 40 year old is not a big deal. A 26 year old even SEEING a 16 year old is just wrong on so many levels.

Proof that its a bad idea most of the time.

My cousin married a 31 year old when she was 19 and they divorced after 2 years. Basically he wanted kids and a housewife and she wanted to finish her masters and get a teaching certificate. Obviously they were in different stages of life when they decided to get hitched.

there's no way 20 year olds who just came out of college can compete with us.

that said... there was a 30 years old man who pretend to be a high school student and steven spielberg's nephew... he enrolled in a private local school in Richmond, even got a 16 years old girlfriend. he got busted when the school tried to call spielberg trying to collect late tuition. pathetic when they go after younger teens....

It was explained to me by a 30-something that when he was 18 he was sexually attracted to 18 year olds. Now that he's 30+, his taste haven't changed.

What you have are well-employed men, building a life, with a good deal of disposable income competing against struggling college students who have a hard time getting money together for a movie.
