the problem is disposal of the bones.
As bones do not turn into ashes crematoriums result to crushing the bones. You will have to collect the bones and crush them with a sledge and spread them in a forest ala Jeffery Dahmer.

5 Gallons is alittle excessive all you need is enough to drive off the water from the body and let the burning fat and protein take its course.
