Is there anything I should do different in these last couple of weeks to really lose as much weight as possible? I am in the top 3 in the competition and definitely have a very good shot at winning it. Just want to know if there is anything I should do to help lose every last pound I can. Planning to start eating more fruit these last couple of weeks and working out in a sauna suit a little more to get rid of all the water weight I can. Any other suggestions.
