There were no Taliban back then, the Mujahedeen are not the Taliban no matter how much idiots try to spoon feed other idiots that they are and none of what you said has any legitimacy what so ever.

I agree, when they said that they wouldn't agree to extradite the people responsible for 9/11 then the US should have said "oh ok" rather than to give them the ultimatum to do so or face war.

You don't know anything on this situation and what little you know has made you draw conclusions not in reality.

LOL. That's not what happened. The Taliban graciously offered to hand Osama bin Laden over to the U.S. government as long as the U.S. government was willing to provide evidence that he was responsible for the 9/11 attacks:

A senior Taliban leader said Sunday that the Islamic militia would be willing to hand over Osama bin Laden to a third country if the United States halts the bombing of Afghanistan and provides evidence against him.

President Bush quickly rejected the offer.


"The president has been very clear, there will be no negotiations," White House spokeswoman Anne Womack said. Washington has repeatedly rejected any negotiations or conditions on its demands that the Taliban surrender bin Laden and his al-Qaida terror network.
