I'm one of the lucky 10%. Closest walmart is 29 minutes away. Two targets and a costco within 10-15 minutes though...
Every Walmart has 15 checkout lines but only 2 are open at time.
25 applications for every job @ WM?![]()
You really only need to seize the east coast to do that... 2/3 of the population is on that side. All the oil's in the west though, so take your pick: people or oil...
oil obviously. it's a bonus that it doesn't come with canadian people. i cringe thinking of assimilating canadians into our population D:
Exactly! If it weren't for all those Canadians, Canada would be an awesome place!
Edit: bananas... they're counting individual bananas? I wonder if they count individual cans of soda, or individual marshmallows. Something about that stat smells.
Not necessarily. Bananas are pretty much the most common item sold in any grocery store. I worked at a grocery store for three months and PLU #4011 is ingrained in my brain for the rest of my life.
No, that was ITEM 2 on the list, not "2.35"
Item 2 says that 35 million people shop at Walmart every day, as much as the population of Canada, eh.

No Walmarts in NYC, thank God!
That's like NY and LA put together, with some Chicago thrown in.
I live in the center of Salt Lake Valley (about 15 minutes south of down town Salt Lake City) and I live within 15 minutes of at least 14 wal marts. Half of which are probably supercenters. This is 14 wal marts in an area that is about 6 miles wide and 20 miles long.

Your Kmart sounds better than the nearby one here.Hence why I go to Kmart, if the item I need can be found there. It's usually the same price too, except for the Kmart $xx.99 vs. Walmart's $xx.96.
