Pop of Canada 35mil why haven't we brought freedom and democracy to them yet??
Just think of all the natural resources they have fresh water, gold, diamonds, oil, gas, lumber and cold cold ice for our drinks. Anybody wants to start a petition and send it to congress ?

You really only need to seize the east coast to do that... 2/3 of the population is on that side. All the oil's in the west though, so take your pick: people or oil...

I'm one of the lucky 10%. Closest walmart is 29 minutes away. Two targets and a costco within 10-15 minutes though...

I'm in the same boat. I never really understood why people all over the internet talked about WalMart so much since there isn't many near me. Then I went to visit my cousin in New Jersey and they were everywhereeeeeee

25 applications for every job @ WM? o_O

Well, those 25 applicants were all working in jobs in separate mom & pop stores before Wal Mart came into town...

Or is that a 'political statement' ?

oil obviously. it's a bonus that it doesn't come with canadian people. i cringe thinking of assimilating canadians into our population D:

Walmart does one thing well and that is it forces small businesses to close.

I hate shopping at Walmart. Yes, they have practically anything and everything. I just get a bad vibe from the people that work there. No one wants to help you with anything. They are rude and fat. The people who shop there are no better. You're greeted at the front door by a toothless retard.

When I would shop in South Korea I'd go to stores like Home Plus. It's like Walmart but smaller. The front door person is dressed in a suit and bows to you. He welcomes you to Homeplus and it's a great feeling. They have someone to take care of your needs in practically every isle. I don't have to look at fat slobs. I did see an older Korean man with the word PIMP on his shirt. :)

Edit: bananas... they're counting individual bananas? I wonder if they count individual cans of soda, or individual marshmallows. Something about that stat smells.

Not necessarily. Bananas are pretty much the most common item sold in any grocery store. I worked at a grocery store for three months and PLU #4011 is ingrained in my brain for the rest of my life.

I now know why those minions wear blue and like bananas. They work at walmart as well as a criminal mastermind! Despicable indeed.

No, that was ITEM 2 on the list, not "2.35"

Item 2 says that 35 million people shop at Walmart every day, as much as the population of Canada, eh.

He thinks a Mustang is a muscle car too.

My question is with all that Clorox sold, how come every WalMart reeks of wet dog and BO?

I hate shopping there and only use it as a last resort.

I think I did a little just stepping foot in there.

I'm glad I'm not lucky like you, I love saving money and Walmart does the best job there.

No Walmarts in NYC, thank God!

Bullspit. We need one in NYC badly. Every time I go to the Walmart up in White Plains, I come out like a bandit.

My last purchase there was a fan for $14. It's cheaply made, but works perfectly fine and is awesome.

Screw small time stores and their overpriced lesser quality crap. If I can save $5 bucks on something, it's worth a few jobs in stores I would never shop in anyway.

Hence why I go to Kmart, if the item I need can be found there. It's usually the same price too, except for the Kmart $xx.99 vs. Walmart's $xx.96.
Your Kmart sounds better than the nearby one here.

- Quite a few things I usually needed were rarely in stock. (To the point that I eventually just stopped going there.)

- ~8 checkout lanes. There's rarely more than 1 open.

Which sucks, because the Kmart is closer than Walmart.

Be a man. Free cents is a rot of money. You save free cents here then you go to 34 praces and save free cents at each and then you have 1 dorra. Then you go to the dorra store and then you can buy somefing erse. then you can serr this item from the dorra store on ebay fo free dorras, then you have 2 dorras extra. It's rike a perpeturar money machine. You can have unrimited money. Be a man.
