Yep, unlike the US, the special forces were more affraid of the terrorists than they were of the lawyers. They need Johny Cochran over there to rectify that.

I gaurantee that if George Bush authorized a hostage "rescue" in which 15% of the hostages died due to the actions of the rescuers both during the raid and afterwards, and the continued to allow people to die due to a refusal to release vital medical information..he would not be president very long and would probably end up on trial.

That kind of incompetance is only tolerated in non-Western countries where human life is shockinly cheap. This is the same kind of poor planning, and incompetance that doomed the men of the Kursk. Hopefully, the Russians will start asking for some accountability from their government.
