100 Day Burpee Challenge

4/18/09 - 15 + 16 during warm-up (missed yesterday). Broke them up a bit (12/4, 8/7) since WOD was 4x400 and I didn't want to wear myself down much. From now on I will probably try to do them consecutively after work-outs since I want to increase my capacity in high rep burpee WODs.
 
04/20: 18 burpees.

Awww, c'mon, quit being a pansy. Just start making up all the burpees you missed in your workouts and you'll be caught up in no time 🙂
 
4/20: 17 + 18 (skipped yesterday). Did these just now randomly at home without warming up, bit hard on the shoulders without being warm. Did 12/12/11 with few minutes between.
 
04/22: 20 burpees.

I remember when I started Crossfit last year, I couldn't actually do 20 consecutive burpees. Now it's just a nice warm-up. How I wish I had found CF sooner 🙂

Going to have to get better at hitting these everyday since making up days is going to suck in a few weeks 🙂.

Nice! I know what you mean, I think I do them out of fear each day.
 
Ok basically the last time I did this was 04/09 for 7 burpees. I already plan on catching up this saturday 04/25. If i did the math correctly, then I'll be doing 248 burpees throughout saturday to catch up. Wish me luck!! I can definitely see the importance of keeping on track with this challenge.

I think your math is correct and... ouch. Good luck and don't hurt yourself.
