Changed up my strength routine this week and got back to doing pushups. "Hovering" pushups with one arm on the underside of a bosu ball and the other on the ground. At full extension, I lift the arm from the ground into the air for a couple seconds before going back down.

2 sets of 10 each side = 40. Did it Monday and today, so I'll add 80.

Interesting. I image the arm on the bosu ball gets a better workout, combined with going deeper with the other arm (so your shoulders would be at an angle relative to the ground), but what's the advantage over standard push up variations (ie: staggered, declined, on a mattress, etc). Just curious.
