I attended a runner's clinic this week and learned quite a bit about my running form which I hope will help me stay a healthier runner. Seeing yourself running in slow motion with video analysis is an educational and somewhat humbling experience. I had no idea I was a severe pronator when running, especially since my feet look neutral when walking.
+ 14 miles since I last updated. Been nursing a hip injury for the last couple weeks since I injured it in mid June. Finally feeling back to strength. 60 days until my first 100 miler.

+14.1 miles on Sunday on some of the toughest trails around here in 85 degree weather. Mental toughness run. 1,636 feet of elevation change in those 14 miles. I call that trail section the Unrunnable Hills. For good reason, technical ground awful footing steep uphills on the edge of small cliffs in the forest. Legs and hip felt great.
Mursilis, I will definitely give a race report. I'm doing the Hallucination 100 miler at Run Woodstock in September.
