6 more in the rain. The trails were pretty quiet, only one hunter and no near death experiences with deer. I was almost run over by one on Saturday morning, it came within 5 feet of smashing into me. No shit.

I ran 16 miles while in Virginia Beach over the last week. It was easy sidewalk running in the neighborhood my sister lives in. Just to clear the mind you know. It's amazing how therapeutic running is. I'm going to be running as much as possible for the next few months, I don't want my family to see me suffer too much as my father passes on.

8 miles on the trail with Adam. We struggled with our breathing for some reason, I'm guessing we're beat after our trip. But it was nice to see trees and critters again.
