I promised I would keep posting in this thread, but I got de-motivated by all the snow.

I bought a gym membership at work last week so I could keep going.

+8 miles last week.

I ran about 20 miles last week. Finished off the year with 185 hours of running, nearly 8 days! Besides sleeping, working and perhaps mindlessly surfing the web, I doubt there's anything I spent more time at.

14 miles today, 5 inches of snow on the trail and more coming down as we ran. 14 felt like 20 today...

That sounds fun, Mega! The snow started falling as I was working at Fleet Feet, and despite already having my run in for today, I wanted so bad to lace them up and do a nice easy run in the snow. I don't think my legs would like it, though, as I did 8 miles with hill repeats today. Did 10 + 5 + 7 earlier this week too.

It was, but my legs were b-e-a-t by mile 12. I think snowshoes would have helped a lot yesterday.

I saw a pic of you on facebook at Freezeroo. One of the other pics in that series had a buddy of mine in it. His name is Rob, bald with lots of tats. Remember seeing him? Nice guy.

Was he number 23? I just went through them and I think I remember seeing him there, if that's who you're talking about.

Yeah, I've seen him. Don't think I've ever talked to him though. If I see him again, should I tell him Mega says hi? :)

By the way, another 16 for me today. (someone might want to check my math, I seem to be in the throes of glycogen depletion)
