11 miles on the Keuka Outlet Trail this morning.
Whopping 6 miles for me this week. 2.5ish in vffs and the rest doing some hill training today. I'm getting out of shape
Ran a half marathon yesterday, so 13 miles there and had done about 7 miles the week prior. So a total of 20 miles to be added on. My Physiotherapist is a god, so I'm feeling back to normal now. :awe:
+3 on Saturday, +5 yesterday.
5 tonight on the trails at dusk. My son tried to kill me, he sprinted for all he was worth and he's faster than I am at shorter distances. omg
8 more on the same trails this morning. Now we're going to go meet up with the wife's entire family to go see Harry Pooter. Later on.
5 more on the roads of Rochester NY at the Fleet Feet Black Friday Fun Run and waffle breakfast. Adam and I were among the fastest out there today, felt good.
6 trail miles at dawn. It was snowing the entire time. Pure magic.
5 miles on the rail-trails. My legs feel great, no pain at all.
About 12 this week. 7.5k or so in vffs/bf and the rest in regular shoes today.
5 miles in the dark (headlamp time) on trails tonight. Woot, that's 4 days in a row for me with no leg pain at all! This is awesome.
If I had to guess, about 170 miles since my last post. Have White Rock Marathon on Sunday - running it "easy" with the GF since it's her first. After that, will be nice to be able to rock out the shorter distances...I'm mentally toast on running right now.
+6 in the snow on the trails in the dark and solo tonight.
6 more tonight, just like last night but my son was with me.
6 more this afternoon. We're nothing if not consistent. The snow was awesome.
+15 from this last week
8 this week, all in vffs.
5 solo on the trails after work. 39 minutes, not bad for a trail run.
another 164 since I last posted, including an 8K race in 28:37 (not bad for feeling out of shape). Running mileage is hard in this weather (but does allow for pretty epic beardsicles!)
It's good to see you back in this thread Scorch. I'm having a hard time getting the miles in also. It's sooo cold so early this winter. yuck
Yeah, ive been meaning to do this for awhile, 300 since my last post, lol
Thanks bud. At least its not quite as cold as it was in Wisconsin! I tell ya, -12 windchill really cuts through you! Although my run tonight actually felt colder despite being almost 30 degrees warmer because at least the sun was shining before and this run was in the dark.
