4 miles. I'm gonna deduct 30,000 from our running total on this entry. Should be squared up now.

Yep, it was mid 40s here this morning. Don't hate on me, that's cold for what I'm used to now. It's hard for me to think back to when I lived in NY and I'd run in shorts and a long sleeve tech shirt with the temps in the 20s.

Yeah I'm almost to that point. I'm hating on winter so hard at this point. Got a half marathon this weekend temp is supposed to be 28 at start time. I'll have two tech shirts on and just a pair of long running pants. No hat or gloves. 40s are so hot to me I've been in shorts and tech tshirt for those rare days.

Next week its supposed to be in the 40s. I wish it would warm up faster my 50 miler is in a month.

+5 last night. Hamstring is still sore, so I may need to take off more than two days. Grrr.... I have a hard time taking time off. That and the cold weather are making me cranky.

2 miles with my daughter last night and another 4 this morning. Doubling up, even for short distances like I've been doing, is a different kind of beast. My legs never feel fully recovered, should be good training for my next endeavor.
