I'm assuming that treadmill running is ok? I haven't run at all this week, the ankle tendinitis is pretty bad from last week.

Sure, why not? Be careful with the tendonitis though.

It'll never go away. Whenever I run or play sports it flares up, period. When I do more in a shorter period of time it gets worse.
 
Did 5k Friday afternoon, while my son hit the playground at the park we go to.
