111 miles for me since I last posted including the Columbus Marathon in 2:42:19 on Sunday. Not quite 2:39 but probably the best, smartest race I have ever run, and I was able to run strong and push hard the last 10K, which I have never been able to do in a marathon before! PR by about 6 minutes so I am ecstatic!

Way to go Scorch, I never had a doubt. Congrats on a huge PR.

Going to Boston next year?

no Boston for me. Going to try to break 16:00 in the 5K this spring and try my hand at sub-2:40 in another fall marathon next year.

10 miles for me since the marathon (3 miles on Wednesday, 3.5 miles on Thursday and 7.5 miles today including a brutally hilly, muddy, sloppy XC 5K in about 18:10 or so... legs hate me now!)

Realized as I was walking home today that my math above was incorrect... Don't know how I got 10 out of 3 + 3.5 + 7.5, but I'll add on another 4 miles to the total!

My adductor is all healed and doesn't hurt anymore, yay. Way behind in miles though. :(
