ok, i just read your requirements after getting over what you are looking at, and LMAOing at it.

i nominate Saab 9-2x or Subaru WRX

Woah, a recommendation from MIKEMIKE that doesn't involve an '07 Ta-ho? Hell has frozen over.
Both cars he mentioned borrow extensively from the GM parts bin! Isn't the 9-2x just a WRX with GM's badge-whoring expertise thrown in?? :)

Pretty much. :)

keep showing your car expertise sir.

Hey, its not my problem that you are a GM fanboi who can't see the problems with the company or that rebadging is one thing GM has down to a science.

except the 9-2x has none, zip, zero, nada parts from the GM bin. and although a rebadge, it gets better materials, a better look, and is slightly more expensive...

Also monte carlo = FWD v8 in the ugliest packaging gm could come up with. That car is just plain fugly. Why the hell would anyone wanna drop 26K on that ugly pos is entirely beyond me.
 Wow, you're an idiot.

That said don't get the Monte Carlo or the Impala. Besides being FWD V8's with bland handling (according to reviews), I sat in each and the seats are utter sh!t. I mean horrible.

Camry is a stark departure from the Mazda 6 or MC SS. Consider Accord V6, G35, Legacy GT, etc...

I have a GM (Pontaic Grand Prix GTP) and it is fast and fun, but the fit and finish cant hold a candle to imports. My next car will be an S2000 if that indicates anything.

it indicates that you drive a GM that was designed in the early 90's and they are no where NEAR as good as todays...

Otherwise the choice is a no-brainer. The Monte Carlo.
