My plate was stolen and the thief was kind enough to put a plate with expired tag in its place, nicely screwed in too. The thief was caught months later and ordered to reimburse new plate fee to me. I also had the tag sticker peeled off. I score the sticker with knife now.

Nielson wants to install tracking boxes to my TVs and I get $50 for the setup and $18 per 6 month for the trouble. What is your experience or second knowledge of this stuff? Can I unplug the boxes when watching Lucha Libre?
