Surely someone knows?

Some time ago I have seen a signature with a certain set of characters forming two middle fingers in a gesture of flipping someone off. If you know what I'm talking about, can someone tell me how this is done? Is it through the Windows Character Map?

Is it possible for me to install Windows 2000 with a Highpoint ATA 100 controller, by somehow copying the install files into some place in the i386 directory, rather than using a floppy disk for the extra SCSI driver?
