Windows 2000 Installation Question

Is it possible for me to install Windows 2000 with a Highpoint ATA 100 controller, by somehow copying the install files into some place in the i386 directory, rather than using a floppy disk for the extra SCSI driver?
 
Yes, thats a great idea, and is there any way to disable all the other stuff that gets loaded when its first starting up?
