    How many W do i need for these components?

    my radeon requires separate power.. but my +12V power shown with h/w monitoring is +12.99V.. is this too much? Im jus afraid that "inaccurate" power supplied to my radeon from the PSU is causing it to hang during 3d games.. do you think this is possible? help appreciated.

    hmm.. QoS looks complicated.. but does it do the job of limiting others connection locally, or from the server? The ICS host's running XP Pro.

    More like a narrow band shared internet connection.. 56K dialup ICS This connection is shared among 3 different users accross LAN, but Im wondering whether theres a way to control their bandwidth (from ther ICS host/server?) so that they wont stuff up other user's fast internet :-)
