Help: DiamondMax9+A7N8X Possible Problem

Problem: ATA133 (UDMA6?) doesnt seem to work in Windows with Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9

I've tried navigating into Windows Device Manager.. which shows the following:


Primary IDE Channel:
Device 0: "Ultra DMA Mode" - MAXTOR DIAMONDMAX PLUS 9 120GB (6Y120P0) [Note that it doesnt display "UDMA5" like the rest.]
Device 1: "Ultra DMA Mode 5" - IBM DESKSTAR 75GXP 30GB

Secondary IDE Channel:
Device 0: "Ultra DMA Mode 5" - ASUS 16X DVD-ROM
Device 1: (Not installed)

Does anyone know how to get ATA133 working on my Primary Master?
Help needed!

(ASUS A7N8X, nVIDIA Unifed Driver Package 2.03 Installed)

How do you know it isn't? Ultra DMA Mode-5 is ATA-100 Mode-6 is ATA-133.

Dunno.. it doesnt display any numbers behind the "UltraDMA X" like the rest..
Does that mean theres an error with nVIDIA drivers?

I wouldn't worry about it the difference between ATA-100 and 133 is minute. It's probably is running at ATA-133. You could go to your primary ide channel, double click it, select driver tab, update driver, install automatically.
