I built a new computer, so I thought I would get the latest Quicken as I have Quicken Basic 2007. That software is purchased through a yearly subscription only. Is this common?

Thanks for all the responses. The speakers are plugged in a different outlet. But, when I changed that there was no change. One thing I failed to mention, you can rub your your finger over the terminal and there is a another strange noise. My guess the speaker system is bad?

We have agreed to buy a used 1080TI on Ebay, then exchange it for Nvidia's next generation card. By the way, this kid is Superboy. 4.0 GPA, black belt, champion go cart racer, conservative values, etc... He deserves it.

I am building a gaming computer for a friend of mine's kid. My friend can afford the best, but I just can't see buying a 2080TI right now as they are outrageously expensive. Will a 2080TI be wildly "better" than a 1080TI? Thank you.
