I would deupgrade it back to win2k decrypt and upgrade back to XP. Might want to backup before you do this. It is pretty dangerous. Hope you still store the backup files.
50C will almost burn your finger to the touch. 33C-35C is as warm as if you are having a fever. 40C is somewhere in between. In case you don't have a temperture mesurement device.

See those white latches next to the top drive cage and the bottom next to the purple fan holder? THere are totally 6 latches. You have to work on a pair (side by side) at a time. I usually unlatch the bottom pair first.
push the pair latches outward and pull the front bezel out.
how quiet do you want? I can do it as quiet as you want including 0dB :) How? by moving the pump and the radiator to a remote site.
