    i would get an ati 1900xt or xtx, performance leader. if you have a good psu and sli motherboard then get 2 gts. In my case i would buy a single gt and wait for a dx10 card in a year.

    get an opteron 144(9x) for 136 shipped on monarch, or a opteron 146(10x) or 148(11x). All overclock to fx 57 speed easy.

    keep it, its not much of a performance jump. I dont think ill sli either since i dont need more de 1152x8 something resolution. I will upgrade for a direct x 10 card
