Unfortunately, refilled HP 45's sometimes clog and you're lucky to get a few refills yourself. The old Canon BCI's were the way to go but their new carts are chipped...but you can successfully refill them.

All lights on cable modem ON. Turn on computer. Immediately the botton couple of lights start blinking. No internet connection. Works fine on another computer. Using the onboard LAN on a ECS K7S5A. Worked for years. Using a Belkin Router. Have switched ports on the router. No change. Ideas?
