Changed the settings in the bios. In spite of the biossettings of Kaido (page 1) i disabled the AHCI mode under integrated peripherals. This did the trick for me. Have now 4 SATA ports working!!!

Yes Mosslack, this is a GA-P35-DS3L and I also do find it strange that not everything was working after installing the package of Kaido. I am now trying to find a workaround method for the 3rd and 4rth SATA port. Mayby I just have to put the second HD in through the USB port in the back...

It is my 2nd SATA HD I've put it in SATA socket No 4 after the DVD in 0 and HD1 in 1 Maybe I'd better connect it with a sata - usb cable to a free USB port, since OSX recognises my external HD

Yes I have the AHCI in the Bios enabled. But i think the solution must be somewhere in the bios. Maybe something else I forgot to enable/ disable?
