I have a 7800GT using winxp have tried new video drivers to no avail.
The basic issue is that if i have other programs running WOW or limeware my video playback is blank but still recieve the sound.
Also if i got into the options and change something or dont change anything the window...
Ok check bios revisions and saw this ....
Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4400+ revE6(110W Socket939) ALL
1010
Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4400+ revE6(89W Socket939) ALL
1015.005
Does that mean i might have an issue if i plug in my cpu before flashing it ? Sorry complety nooby...
Nice so even at 4400 it will boot or lower clock speed ?
Bios flashes these days .. havent done one for yonks dont have to create boot disks etc now do i ?
Bascially bought a Asustek A8N-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 nForce 4 SLI PCI-E ATX. But now due to my poor reading up I dont think it supports the processor i have on the way Athlon 64 X2 4400 is this the case :(

Problem is that most ppl dont use there PC entirely for running games they like to throw in lots of everyday usage I think a balance between Processer and Video cards have to be found.
But i can see where your coming from pretty impressive gains.
Right pretty sure thats the MB i want the question is been a wihle since i built a pc and was wondering do i have to get 2 sticks of memory still for better performance cheets :)
Right i am pretty sure i want to get a 7800GT and ill just buy the one and SLI it later.
