Not a big overclock at all. The trick is to get M0 stepping xeons as they are all @1066 FSB but simply "underclocked" by intel. Then, get ahold of a DH800 board, do a simple pin mod on 2.4ghz chips, and they bump up to an air-cooled 3.6ghz, which is a good 1.2ghz oc on each chip. (Same thing...
