Maybe everybody is overreacting...
In any case, im not impressed with that aquamark score at all
Especiallly your cpu score is pathetic for a FX 55...
All air, 1 X800XT and a 3500+ >

(in case you are...
yeah but i wasnt asking for me hehe... I dont have the money to buy an fx-55, well not now at least,...that's for sure .... I could, but then i would have to cut back on some other things like food and soap ....
Someone was asking what would be better for his upcoming system,...i advised him...
What would bring more performance? The most common idea here (yes i actually did the search thing since this forum seems kinda busy) seems to be that bandwith is more important for performance then tight timings...
As for 3d applications ive always thought it was the other way around...
2.93 ghz for benching,... 2.8 is perfectly stable for gaming... venice 3500+ LBBLE
all 11 multipliers, vcore didnt need changing up to about 2.7 ghz,..after that it needs volts fast... 1.65 for 2.8ghz ... 1.75 for 2.93ghz ..
idle 28/30 degrees celcius
load 45/50 degrees celcius ...
I thought bios 1.8 was supposed to fix the temp issues ?
edit* ah, that was not the last page, the bios thing has passed.....deleting this post would be the obvious thing to do...but there seems to be no option for that ?
your cpu frequency is at 200mhz? Dont u mean that the FSB is at 200 mhz?
The multiplier should be at 9 (highest number), and the FSB at 200,...that will give u 9 x 200 = 1.8 ghz,..which is the stock speed of your processor
Did u by any chance post this question on another forum? ... Iff so, what a small world it is...
Iff money is no object, get the san diego...but the 3500 venice will do you justice as well...
Iff everything is kept running on stock, i would think the extra hundred isnt worth the (0.2?) ghz...
