Ever since installing the new 1.27 point release while playing Q3 my computer now crashes waaaayyy too often for my tastes. Not only is it my computer that crashes because of it but it happens to every single person that I know that plays Quake 3. What is going on here?

Well, I know VERY litle about midi. The only things I can tell you is that to make sure the cable is plugged into the 'midi out' of the keyboard and that the keyboard is set up to send midi commands 'out' or 'both' rather than internal. HTH at least a little bit.

I've bought two PIII 700E cBO chips in a row that would not OC to 933Mhz. The first one would boot to windows but would crash after 10 minutes of playing Quake III. The second wouldn't even POST.
