Thanks got it fixed, the problem with right clicking and selecting save as was that the site i was tring to download files from auto starts the download when i click the link to goto the download page so kind sucked having it auto opening then having to take twice as much time to right click the...
The other day when i was downloading some files Internet Explorer started to automaticly start just downloading the files to the temp directory and opening like if i was to tell it to open them instead of save is there any way to fix this? ive tried resetting all teh default Internet Explorer...
I touched the heatsink when the TEC was on it and it wasnt that hot. I also have BIOS set to Alarm at 60C and even with the TEC on and it saying the temp was 74C the Alarm never went off. Ive tried different Heatsinks and Fans and got one to get the cpu temp past 60C and the Alarm did sound. Now...
I had a Heatsink trimmed down to put a Therma Electric Cooler under it. It works in idle mode reporting a nice 16C cpu temp but when at full load the CPU always reports 74C, only time it changes is when i take off the side of my case then it goes down to 70C. The CPU cant be running at this temp...
Well this is really confusing me. I just put a Thermaltake Volcano 7+ on my P4 2.53 and it runs at 35C in idle and about 54C under full load. I just dont get how the Volcano 7 can out cool a Thermal Electric Cooler under full load when the Thermal Electric Cooler take the Idle temp down to 16C...
Well just bought and Installed a P4 2.53. Temps are the same 20C in idle and 74 under fullload i think the sensors bad or is just in the wrong place and the TEC is some how throwing it off. I ran CPU Stability Test 6.0 for about 12 hours straight. No way any CPU could last 12 Hours at 74C if...
Im using MBM 5 and Easy Tune 4 which came with my motherboard to see the temp, but i do know BIOS has to be getting it some place else that isnt reading over 70C cause i have it set on to Alarm when the CPU temp goes over 70C but it never does, and 50C temp jump from Idle to Full Load just dont...
This is strange i just took the Bus up to 105 to overcloak it alittle bit and the CPU temp stayed at 72C at 100% went to 73C a few times but never 74C why would the CPU temp go down 1C at full load when i overclock it?
Im not overclocking it its running at its normal speed. And i have a Thermal Electric Cooler, Cooling it off. It runs nice in idle mode at 15 to 20 C but when i do anything that uses 100% of the CPU like Games the cpu temp jumps to 74C and as soon as i close it, it goes back down to 20C in a few...
Im using a Gigabyte SINXP1394 Motherboard with a Celeron 1.7 CPU with a Thermal Electric Cooler cooling the CPU and a heatsink and fan cooling off the TEC. But for some reason the system runs fine in Idle running at about 20C or below (Lowest so far is 14C right after booting it up one day)...
I know this is a old post but id just like to tell you MBM works with this Motherboard, I use the same motherboard you just had it set for the wrong sensor. Under MBM you should have seen 10 sensor listings maybe 11 with a older MBM version.
