IE auto opening downloads

The other day when i was downloading some files Internet Explorer started to automaticly start just downloading the files to the temp directory and opening like if i was to tell it to open them instead of save is there any way to fix this? ive tried resetting all teh default Internet Explorer settings to default but its still auto opening them instead of saving them.

I'm guessing you're downloading zipped files and you unchecked the "always ask" when downloading files of this type.

Start/Ctrl Panel/Folder Options/File Types/[?Zip? ?Compressed (zipped) folder?]/Advanced/ ?Check the box ?Confirm after download?

If you can't figure it out, just right click the link and select "save as" instead of left clicking.

Thanks got it fixed, the problem with right clicking and selecting save as was that the site i was tring to download files from auto starts the download when i click the link to goto the download page so kind sucked having it auto opening then having to take twice as much time to right click the link and telling it to save as.
