Any suggestion on Socket 478 cpu cooler ? I am looking for inexpensive , efficient, and low noise. I am using Vantec GSN-7015 which picked up from Fry's. It is very noisy and not cooling well. I planned to do very mild overclocking(may be).

I realize Panaflo only has 2 wires(blue and red). No RPM wire on this fan. Does it make difference? I will try using different fan which has 3 wires, and let you know.
