I'm looking for a full range of zero resistance exercises to strengthen all my muscles for tone/stability (especially hips, knees, ankle and neck). So far I have Y's T's and I's in prone position for my shoulders and a few lumbar stabilizing exercises I have ehlers-danlos syndrome; I can't even use an elliptical anymore and am very limited in the amount I can do zero resistance exercises. The EDS specialist I saw said to go zero resistance and that it's going to take years just to stop deteriorating if I even manage it at all. Figured I'd start asking here in the interim before I get a PT appointment.

That's not zero resistance exercises - those are body weight resisted exercises. There are a wide range of body weight resisted exercises - essentially the lever arm and weight of the appendage are what dictates the true resistance. Find what body weight exercises you like and are comfortable with and go with those. There are literally a ton. If you can't think of anything, you may want to look at exrx.net and find some exercises from there.
