After scratching my head for almost one week i finally found the guilty of my problems, responsible random restarts when running memory heavy benchmarks, and it turns out, alittle performance throttling in some heavy workloads..
In the end it was the 2200mhz FCLK that was the root cause... And after that everything is behaving as expected again when limited to 2166mhz
And now i finally feel comfortable sharing stable memory settings
