Also, I just watched about 30 minutes of videos of Crossfit girls after getting stuck in a related-videos vortex. http://youtu.be/9RXNoCo3S8U

Off the top of my head, this is my favorite athletic-content video on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdHlyjM_8_E I love it for the cinematography, the song used, the simple but powerful message and mostly just for the sheer insanity of the feat.

Also, I'm a fan of the collection of instructional videos that Chris Thibaudeau put out via T-Nation.
