Nice landscaping, I would guess you take far better care of your house than the neighbors. But it's still a 1950s (I'm guessing) bungalow. I'd rather rent and wait until I can afford something nicer (which is what I'm doing).

But people like you who take care of their houses are god-sent to older middle class neighborhoods like that. Theres always some douche bag 3 doors down in those neighborhoods whose house looks like crap. So GJ on that.

She is an engineer at Ford, she's intelligent, sexy, sweet, likes to take care of me, cant cook anything but is learning quick, and goes out with her friends every couple weeks but mostly likes to spend time with me. We'll be looking for a home/condo to buy in the next year or so.

She pretty much everything I want.

My advice find someone YOU WANT to be with. Don't make girl A or girl B choices. Find someone who is compatible with what YOU want and vice versa.

Otherwise you'll be making YAGTs till the end of time.

and we eagerly await your YAGT :p

Goes out drinking about once a month or so with you.

 WHERE CAN ONE FIND THESE MYTHICAL BEASTS!!!!!!!

I am very lucky to have one of these girls. Used to be able to drink guys under the table, now we go out maybe twice a month and even then neither of us drink much. She makes dinner, cleans the apartment on her days off, and will do anything for me. (i am good to her too, not trying to make this 1 sided), but she is everything i could ever ask for. find a girl like this and dont look back.

I voted B, but some pics and details on their sexual preferences would helpful in making a final decision :)

The most logical choice is obvious. I'd bend over backwards for a Girl B. The one I found, I married.

I know a girl just like that. Now she owns her own condo and has a pretty respectable job (and is studying for her MBA), but she is looking to settle down. Really nice girl, but not really my type, plus my best friend's sister. She is also a good friend, too. She will make any guy very happy though, and she has a very romantic side to her even though she was a party girl when she was younger. You find girls like that every once in a while. But again, I knew her from when she was about 9, and I just would never see her that way. Plus she doesn't hold the same belief system as me. But other than that, great girl (a lot of guys I know go after her too, she is quite attractive).

avoid the breeders. they are just golddigging for their spawn. partygirls that go away are your best bet.

Wow... talk about a kick to the groin...
i thought we were doing quite well... bought our first house when we were 22, husband graduated college, went to hawaii a few times, got married there, went on a few cruises, had new cars, rennovated the kitchen...
aparently you are waaay better than me because you are waiting to get something better (which is your choice) but don't be hatin' on me because i am proud of my solidly built 1945 home in one of the nicest cities in Michigan.

Hey hey, don't get all offended. I wasn't trying to belittle your house. I went out of my way to make it look like I wasn't in fact. You have a far far nicer house than most 22 year olds.

A sounds like she's hotter. Sororities recruit based on looks right? So obviously A is hotter. Now if B is equally hot, I would take B hands down, but I think I would like to date A first...

Girl B:
'Domesticated Type'. Your age, doesn't go out much, not many friends, VERY devoted, likes to cook and cook for you, enjoys cleaning and feels that a womans ultimate 'job' is to raise/help raise a family.

Keep in mind - you're 22, so not ready to 'settle down' yet, but also don't have time to party. You work ~40 hours a week and take 9-12 hours of classes a semester.
Neither of these ~50 word descriptions can adequately capture a person, which is why on-line match making services are often such a pathetic joke.

Man up, here. Are you a living, feeling human or an automaton with a checkbox and a No. 2 pencil? Just ask yourself, which one do you WANT to go out with, keeping in mind that BOTH (as long as your honest) is also a preliminary option.

Now, to play the game set before us here: Girl B, "Your age [22], doesn't go out much, not many friends", and "enjoys cleaning" sounds more like a dream domestic (at the requisite low wage) that a dream woman to me, at least the description.

You have plenty of time to grow old, bitter, and die. Why not enjoy yourself with at least a tad of flair and wildness in the meantime?

Making the "safe choice" is something you do when buying a household appliance!

"Settling" is something desperate and lonely middle-aged men and women do, and even then, it's just sad!

But, then, if you think "going out drinking once a week with girlfriends/friends" at age 24 constitutes a party girl, Paris Hilton has a video she wants you to see.

Going out once or twice a week is no biggie, well unless you don't like going out once or twice a week...this is NOT a party girl imo.

I go with A. She sounds alright from your description. But in all honesty there isn't much in it out of those two. People can learn to cook. My mum didn't know how to cook before marriage. And now shes an amazing cook and we can make a living out of her and my fathers cooking! Dad learnt also for our take away and he is a pro in the kitchen. Quite interesting how his sisters and brothers are quite jealous of his cooking skills.

B doesn't seem to have any drive or amibtion in her life. Sure being a stay at home mum is great and all but I'd rather have someone else that wanted more from life. But hey if you want a stay at home wife/ mum go for it

At 22 years old, i'd choose A. Chances are you won't marry either of them, and A will be more fun while you're with her.

Sorry, I'd have to go with C.... Unless you think a woman's job is to cook, clean,. and take care of the kids for you...

I am 24, married, stable job, own a home. She has friends, I have friends, we spend a ton of time together, we both do laundry, cleaning. I take care of the dogs, her the cats. We don't party, considering I've never had alcohol in my life...

Point is you don't have to be one extreme or the other.
