your work day: what kind of shift do you prefer?

My ideal shift would be Monday to Thursday, 11:30am to 10pm.
Currently, Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

This 9am buisness is too early. I have to like, go to sleep before it gets light out, it's just odd. I'm not a morning person and I hate rush hour traffic.
 
If given a choice I would work 6:30-3, but I come at 8:30 because the office doesn't want people to come before 7 and when I come early, nothing gets done.
 
Definitely the earlier shift. I'm 7-4:30 though ... but I get every second Friday off completely, and the other Friday I work is 7-3:30. If I could eliminate the other Friday completely from my schedule, I'd take the 16 hours a month pay-hit to do so in a heartbeat.
