just for you, I'm going to give the game another chance! I think I've got it for my DS somewhere (or I've got the rom for my ds emulator player thing)

You, sir, have reminded me that I haven't listened to the FF3 SPCs I have in a long time. I think I have to re-download SNESamp.
There are better versions now, aren't there?

Are there? I have no idea.

Chrono Trigger
Super Metroid
Legend of Zelda: Link to the past
Mario Kart
Killer Instinct

More:
Final Fantasy III
Mortal Kombat II
Super Street Fighter 2: Turbo

Zelda
Mario
Mario Kart
Starfleet Academy
Donkey Kong Country

I never played any of the final fantasy series, and only ever played chrono trigger once for about 10 minutes.

What? 😕
You don't know what you're missing.
Download the ROM and an emulator now!

Chrono Trigger is the second best console RPG ever made.

super metroid
super mario world
legend of zelda - a link to the past
chrono trigger
final fantasy VI

they're all damn good games, so they're all #1 in my book. there are plenty of other favs i have, but 5 only right? 😛

WOW. I can't believe UN Squadron came up so fast. Freaking LOVE that game. I still play it once in a while.

UN squadron was really fun. one of the first games i got. my strategery was to use the corsair until i could afford the most expensive plane, eating up all the supply convoys i could. i always flew with the fat guy.

I seem to be the only person in the world who hated FF3/6

I liked it, but never was gay for it like everyone else. I was totally gay for FFII, though. 😱

I seem to remember them releasing upgraded versions in collector sets for the PS1. added some FMV and cleaned up the overall graphics a wee bit.

lol I always flew with fatty too because his planes could take more damage, or so the game said. My strategy was always to do a bunch of bombing runs for cash and go for the Thunderbolt plane early on since it fired a shot forward and diagonally down. I usually owned any area with that plane and a megacrush bomb, so I save by not buying many other sub-weapons and usually could afford the best plane by the final board.

Super Mario World
Mario Kart
Mario all stars
Jurasic Park
NHL 95 ((me and my dad used to play this all the time, he used to get pissed off since I found an easy way to score that always worked)

Chrono Trigger (remains my favorite game of all time)
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (best Zelda game)
Illusion of Gaia
Super Mario World
Final Fantasy V

Hah, I loved Illusion of Gaia...I remember the only time I got stuck was when I was looking for a hole somewhere in a cave. You had to look for your hair to move or something iirc. lol

In no particular order ...

Super Mario World
Zelda Link to the Past
Super Mario Kart
Mortal Kombat 2
Street Fighter 2 Turbo

Soul Blazer is a very close 6th.

KI on the SNES was awful though compared to the arcade.

That said I played KI TONS on SNES but it is nowhere near the best game (IMO of course). however, i DO own an original KI arcade game 😛 (well ki2 cab but i have ki and ki2 and mk1 and mk2 for it)
