Your Executive's Pay

I was looking up my company's stock online and I was reading how much the executives of my company make and I was absolutely floored by the numbers.

Go to Yahoo Finance, look up your company's ticker and click profile to see what your ceo and cfo makes. Then as a comparison, record your company's revenue. Should be interesting. I think my company is totally out of whack with the norm.

CEO Pay: $4.8m
CFO Pay: $7.9m

Revenue: $7.1b

man that is really low pay for that much of a salary. Maybe they get big stock options?

Crawford and Company

CEO: $857K
COO: $425K
CFO: $1030K

Revenue: $895M

The CEO is an excellent man leveraging his ability to build a value company and then sit on the board of directors after his retirement. Basically, he is investing the rest of his life to this company. I am proud to work for him. Especially since he has visited my branch twice in the last year to speak to us with much sincerity involving two-way communication.

It's a low margin business and reducing labour content is critical to maintain competitiveness.

Operating Margins = 8%
Gross Margins = 15%
# Employees = 24,000
