WTF is wrong with being rich and going to Chili's?
Serious?
yes its a serious question WTF is wrong with being rich and going to chilis
B/c even poor people know that their tons of better options. Being rich, you'd think that he's had the opportunity to eat at better places and know not to go back to Chili's.
I guess you can take a man out of the trailer park but can't take the trailer park out of the man.
seriously you have some fucked up view of the world if you thing that 1) eating at chilis makes you a readneck and 2) you feel that people with money should not eat at normal places (chains,....)
I never said that eating at chili's make you a redneck. I was going with the OP's title.
I'm saying that you'd think that someone famous should have had the opportunity to eat at a wider range of places than chains and realize that chains suck.
If I want a burger, ribs or other pub food, I have some many better options than Chili's and some of those places are even less expensive than Chili's. Maybe, I'm lucky for living in the city and having those options. If I lived in the burbs/country, Chili's might be my only option.
Let's just put it this way. I've had high dollar steaks before at very nice establishments. You know what? The quality just wasn't worth it.
You see, what you're really trying to say is 'I'm rich therefore I can only eat next to other rich people' because the assumption that price = high quality is definitely not always the case. Hell I'll put my money on Chili's skillet queso over any other appetizer chip dip served anywhere.
 First off, did you read where I said I can find better food for less money? I live in a college city. I can go to Bartley's Burgers in Harvard Square or O'Sullivans in Porter Square and get a much better burger for less money. I can go to the Asgard, Joshua Tree, Christopher's, River Gods, etc and get better pub food for less money than Chili's. For Mexican food, I can go to Tu y Yo in Somerville get ten times better food than Chili's for the same price.
Sounds like you're one of those that needs to expand their dining repertoire.
i rather go to chilies then Asgard, i never really liked their food. also foxworthy doesnt live in Cambridge
I wasn't talking about Foxworthy in regard to my post since it was a reply back to fingolfins reply.
And based on your preference for Chili's that explains your tastebuds.
