Gray hair on my head wasn't so bad. Gray hair on my crotch was somewhat troublesome. Now I started growing ear hair, and its gray too. Aaaaaagghh.

well i'm only 17 but i think i'm about as old as a 50 year old or something...

my bones have started to ache every once in a while... i find myself muttering "damn kids" every once in a while... i have seen a significant loss in libido since i was 14, to the point where i could probably enter a monastary and be down with it... i drive safer and slower than both of my parents... that kinda stuff.
 
For me it happened in stages. First I remember watching college football and realizing all those "kids" were younger than me. Then realizing the girls in Playboy were my age and/or younger. Finally realizing that a good amount of the highest paid athletes are younger than me. Have some grey on my head. Haven't had any grey pubes yet, although I have had a couple of grey mustache hairs and a grey nose hair (what the hell's up with that?!?) Now I have people working under me that were born in a different decade. I felt really old the first time one of them told me he was born in 1980. It's gonna keep getting worse too. Oh well.
 
I too say "damn kids" however i like the variation of "dame punk kids".
I used to play baseball everyday now i have trouble bending all the way down after working out.
There are days when i'm tired at 10 pm
Oh yeah, i'm 19 and 20 in may 🙁
 
...ALL the players are almost a decade younger than you on average...

And they play what was your favorite band as a teen on Cadillac commercials...

and you hear pop music from your high school days remade as elevator music...

and toys you played with as a child are now collector items...

and they have a nostalgia sitcom on Fox about the decade you grew up in...

and you start actually experiencing what they're talking about in commercials about "irregularity"...

and you watch the Brady bunch, but now you are identifying with the parents, not the kids...

TV land has all the shows you grew up with, but calls them "classic TV"...

I could go on, but it's time for my Geritol

Are you overweight? Obesity can cause the above.

Had that one happen once so far. Then again I dont' read Playboy, so it's probably happened a lot more than that.

But I know one that was mentioned here was younger than me.

hmm... 5'9" and 150... i could lose a few pounds, but i don't think i'm overweight enough to have it affect me in those ways...

though i do think i'm bitter 😛

Hmm... Gopunk, this does not bode well for you for later life, but LOL anyway 🙂

I'm 33, and recently noticed my first gray hair or two, and have noticed some wrinkles that I didn't have 5 years ago. I also now have to actually excercise to stay in shape..
