Here is the 'deal bro'. Technically I shouldn't have qualified for the loan. I could afford it though. Also my income and situation changed throughout those years. At one point when my credit cards interest rates went through the roof, I was simultaneously involved in a lawsuit where three borderline illegals were trying to sue me for a million dollars, my wife was under a major hospitalization, and my home was burglarized.

At that point, I could not afford it and I was looking for avenues to correct that situation.

Any how you fucking chump, I upped my own ante and figured the shit out. It worked out for the better as I majorly increased my income and job satisfaction. At the same time during all this my mortgage company never corrected their mistakes.

I fortunately started recording all this about 3-6 months into it and over the next 4 years. I put down the name of the person that called me, or that I called. The phone number. Their employee number, area/title and what the deliverable was to me or from me to be.

I am well covered in this for it not being my fault and that there are real damages to me. I am not looking to sue, I am looking for either a fair refinance or I walk away with everything supressed.

Unfortunately, the way the system works is no matter what the resolution is I will be blocked for at least two years from a mortgage.

You like being anonymous behind that keyboard though, that is really clear.

From what I know about doppel. That "fucking chump" would probably beat up 95% of the forum members here, that includes you, who probably can only whip 85%. Nobody makes their avatar pippa middleton and doesn't know how to whip some serious ass.

I just did my 40,000 mile maintenance. It was a little over $4000.

Whatever floats your boat. I live in a city where a car is a hassle and public transportation is easy. Your car maintenance is 5 months of rent, we all value things differently.

What the hell did you have done? The inspections (1 & 2) are done every 15k...so either you had to do it early on your second inspection 1...or you waited too long on your inspection 2... which is a horrible idea for the S54. You had to have more done than just maintenance service though. Valve adjustment shouldn't cost more than $1200 even at the stealership. There is no way the rest should cost more than $800... So max $2000 at the most ridiculous dealerships.

I also find it funny that you smile about wasting such a large amount of money on "maintenance". While the M3 is expensive to maintain...it is not anywhere near that expensive. But if it makes you think we are impressed by your wasteful spending... Keep it up. It will ensure that you stay in the same depressed economic state that you are currently in.

This is a good example of why he is not financially smart with his money. Most people would not spend this kind of money for maintenance. He could of bought a car for half the price of his M3 and have been better off. His biggest fear is his credit score because this is how he supports his lifestyle. He will max out his credit to get what he wants then blame everyone but himself when it is time to foot the bill, It is sad really.

FL is NOT a non-recourse state and even worse they have 5 years after foreclosure to come after you, get a judgement, and levy non-exempt assets and or garnish wages..
OUCH. My mistake. Then you are potentially fucked! Nothing like finding out 5 years down the road when the economy has recovered and banks are looking for cash that you owe upwards of $100k.

Whats a borderline illegal?

no insurance, no license, $500 car, hardly any english spoke, current address given ended up being a false location.

The sad thing is the guy a year later was still driving and got nailed a couple other times for no license / registrations and still didn't pay off any of the tickets on his 'payment' plan.

He also had 2 cocaine busts and several evictions.

Just curious here...is this because you tried to ram your McYacht into their dingy, under the hilarious assumption that you had right-of-way?

Uh... then what the hell was wrong with his car that his 40k maintenance was 4k?

The did the valve adjustment, air filters, and all the other details that go with that Inspection service.

Plugs (low mileage driving and were fouled), deleted my CDV valve, flush brakes and replace trans/rear end fluid, front rotors, 4 pads, 2 brake sensors that get replaced with rotor changes, new sunroof felt, slight leak to power steering hose (replaced), adjust parking brake.

I think that was it.

:sneaky:

They slammed their brakes at 10mph in the middle of an on ramp after sitting for almost 5 mins. He jumped then immediately slammed his brakes for no reason. There was also a secondary accident due to this. Minor damages but my front end on that 240SX was expensive to fix.

I just did my 40,000 mile maintenance. It was a little over $4000.

I recently changed the plugs in my wife's Honda for $20. Need to do a coolant and transmission flush $40. Then it's good to go another 40k miles. Btw it's paid for. Now that's something to brag about. Spending 4k on maintenance should be a 1%er deal. A working Joe spending that much on a car is just plain stupid.

I don't really use my credit cards as credit cards anymore. I pay balances each month and cash out the points. Last month that was about $105.

You are another butthurt tool. If you focused on your own personal growth maybe you wouldn't have such a craptastic life.

You only had a beater so you don't really understand. I listed the rest of the work I had done. The car's maintenance is slightly off schedule since the previous owner took it to BMW almost every 2k miles for things. He only put 25,000 miles on it in 6 years. Everything was at odd intervals so I just right sized them to a baseline.

Well, he is a monkey already so good on that end....tool thing might be tough.

Not buying a POS BMW would probably help.

I'm willing to bet he took it to a "dealer" too....:biggrin::biggrin:

Yeah, I used to do my own work. Now I just pay and enjoy my life. You hate me bro?

Cool projects I will turn my own wrenches still, but simple maintenance...it's no fun for me to do especially in 90-100 deg summer temps.

And the kicker is two shims they needed took 3 days to get. Let them deal with it.

Ah. I hate people that drive without third party insurance or without the savings to cover any damage they cause.

I don't really use my credit cards as credit cards anymore. I pay balances each month and cash out the points. Last month that was about $105...

Thats the best way. I've never been a fan of being in debt to anyone. Its unavoidable at times but I'd rather do without than owe someone.

Just the oil alone for my M3 is about $100. The plugs are $90/set. My last two cars were 'paid for', these will be paid for in about 2 more years.

lol at $4k is 1%r territory.

Not really a working joe though either.

I feel special... I'm in the bro club. And no I don't hate you or any other stranger on an internet board. I get bored at work as you probably are too.
