You only had a beater so you don't really understand. I listed the rest of the work I had done. The car's maintenance is slightly off schedule since the previous owner took it to BMW almost every 2k miles for things. He only put 25,000 miles on it in 6 years. Everything was at odd intervals so I just right sized them to a baseline.

Of course I don't understand. I replaced the whole cooling system (water pump, radiator, upper/lower hoses, fan clutch, thermostat, temp sensor, etc.) with oem parts in the same E46 M3 for $1200. You spent $4000 on simple maintenance. I don't understand how someone can be so gleefully wasteful with there money when they are in a seriously crappy financial situation. But you keep wasting your money, believe me, it makes us all smile.

I don't really use my credit cards as credit cards anymore. I pay balances each month and cash out the points. Last month that was about $105.

You are another butthurt tool. If you focused on your own personal growth maybe you wouldn't have such a craptastic life.

LOL I have 0 debt unlike you I have my house paid off, 2 cars a pretty good life unlike you who got all kinds of financial problems.

Alpha: When your home is being foreclosed on, your AC doesn't work in your home (in FL of all places) and you can't afford to fix it, don't understand finances, use bro, you jelly, and mom jokes.

Thats some serious Alpha right there.

A/C was working to cool the house, it was just very expensive to run.

Also you are talking about events from 2008.

Life is different now lolz.

In pittsburgh what's your house worth, like $50k? Lol at "2 cars".

What financial problems do I have? I have a problem with the mortgage company...it's really not a financial issue for me in the sense I am hurting from it.

Did you look at the list of things I had done? WTF does one job on a car have to do with another.

My roof needs repair and the air conditioning is dying. A/C runs $250+ a month and it won't cool below 79. I can't afford the electric nor the repair.
Jelly.

Believe what you want. Some of the things were wieghted for response, but again even since march 2011, my situation is totally different now.

Afford was more a bad choice of words though...putting $6k into a house that I wasn't keeping was the sum of it. It's fixed now though at a nice 76.

You tards are funny though. We should meet.

Here is the 'deal bro'. Technically I shouldn't have qualified for the loan. I could afford it though.
Lil bro, that just isn't true. The second part. This thread speaks to it in volumes. The first is right; they shouldn't have given you the loan because you were too poor for the house. They let you "fake it till you make it", but you didn't make it. Like a ghetto dweller, you're still trying to this day, driving that used luxury car despite your housing being a mess. Bet your wife just brags you up to all her friends.

Any how you fucking chump
u mad u mad
You like being anonymous behind that keyboard though, that is really clear.
Yep, I don't have a need for every little detail of my life to get validated by an anonymous crowd that mocks me at every turn.
You will never be a real bro, you are about as beta as a guy can be before his junk retracts into a vagina.
Your insult to this fellow rings a bit hollow coming from a guy who was made a bitch by the bank for four years straight and their money shot is foreclosing him.

lol putting money into a house is much better than into a car. If you had not went and bought a house that was way over your budget then you would be keeping it. What's the payments on that M3 anyway? I'll laugh if it's more than my mortgage payments.
