In fairness, I just thought that since it was an active thread, it'd be a good place to discuss sandwiches and other important things.

not only do I agree, but I was still hoping the original post would be decoded at some point. I'm still lost. Except on the sandwich stuff.

I'm at work right now, first day of work since like last Monday. Night shift, it's 11.

I am getting hungry too with all this food talk. I had a sub for lunch/supper. I have an hour to decide if I want pizza before the pizza places close. There is however a 24/7 place that delivers poutine. I have not had one of those in a while. I should not be eating that crap given I'm still not 100% recovered from being sick though, but it's so tempting.

The poutine is a no brainer.

Actually maybe we should just stop.

He's really down on his luck right now. Yes he constantly seeks validation, but that usually is some sort of daddy or mommy issue that he needs to get help with on his own. We are doing a big disservice to a long time member by constantly attacking someone who is severely down on their luck.

Read the posts in that thread and ask yourself if you really want to continue the bashing of this man.

FWIW - I'm really being serious. I make a personal vow to not shit on you until you are back on your feet, with your home sold, credit repaired, and back in tip top physical shape.
lmao, I can't afford to fix my AC BUT let me tell you about my M3! haha.

What ski resort? Probably not Beaver Creek 🙂

It's the EPIC pass, so it is all the Vail resorts (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, A Basin, Keystone... as well as a number of the major Lake Tahoe resorts like Heavenly, Kirkwood, Northstar). Will be going a lot this year for sure.

I couldn't when my credit was fucked. What part of that don't you understand?

U going straight insane over this.
Oh Lil Bro, you're still lying. When they gave you the loan your credit was "fine" and you still couldn't afford it. Your words. U going straight insane trying to back out of something you already said. So either you were lying then or now. Sad to see you come to this, it is.

/poor person finances

You did grow up dirt poor didn't you, alk? That's why you're so bad with money?

Had you looked at short selling the house? I would think the bank would have preferred that over a foreclosure. A lot cheaper for them and they will at least get something out of the sale. I know FL is a non-recourse state, so no worries about the bank coming after the difference owed. Seems your attorney should have had a long conversation with you and the bank about the short sale option.
Would have been a faster process than foreclosing and you wouldn't take nearly the credit hit.
I would imagine it is far too late for that scenario now.

FL is NOT a non-recourse state and even worse they have 5 years after foreclosure to come after you, get a judgement, and levy non-exempt assets and or garnish wages..

I haven't heard a case yet against a primary residence that wasn't all out fraud to begin with.

It's extremely rare. One of the guys on my team is Joe Lents. He is one of the best in the nation at these issues.

Here is the 'deal bro'. Technically I shouldn't have qualified for the loan. I could afford it though. Also my income and situation changed throughout those years. At one point when my credit cards interest rates went through the roof, I was simultaneously involved in a lawsuit where three borderline illegals were trying to sue me for a million dollars, my wife was under a major hospitalization, and my home was burglarized.

At that point, I could not afford it and I was looking for avenues to correct that situation.

Any how you fucking chump, I upped my own ante and figured the shit out. It worked out for the better as I majorly increased my income and job satisfaction. At the same time during all this my mortgage company never corrected their mistakes.

I fortunately started recording all this about 3-6 months into it and over the next 4 years. I put down the name of the person that called me, or that I called. The phone number. Their employee number, area/title and what the deliverable was to me or from me to be.

I am well covered in this for it not being my fault and that there are real damages to me. I am not looking to sue, I am looking for either a fair refinance or I walk away with everything supressed.

Unfortunately, the way the system works is no matter what the resolution is I will be blocked for at least two years from a mortgage.

You like being anonymous behind that keyboard though, that is really clear.
