In fairness, I just thought that since it was an active thread, it'd be a good place to discuss sandwiches and other important things.
not only do I agree, but I was still hoping the original post would be decoded at some point. I'm still lost. Except on the sandwich stuff.
Now I'm hungry again. Darn you guys.
This thread was actually directly responsible for me getting dinner from KFC.
I might be going to luckys sandwich shop tonight.... tasty treats bigger than your head.
I'm at work right now, first day of work since like last Monday. Night shift, it's 11.
I am getting hungry too with all this food talk. I had a sub for lunch/supper. I have an hour to decide if I want pizza before the pizza places close. There is however a 24/7 place that delivers poutine. I have not had one of those in a while. I should not be eating that crap given I'm still not 100% recovered from being sick though, but it's so tempting.
lmao, I can't afford to fix my AC BUT let me tell you about my M3! haha.Actually maybe we should just stop.
He's really down on his luck right now. Yes he constantly seeks validation, but that usually is some sort of daddy or mommy issue that he needs to get help with on his own. We are doing a big disservice to a long time member by constantly attacking someone who is severely down on their luck.

Read the posts in that thread and ask yourself if you really want to continue the bashing of this man.
FWIW - I'm really being serious. I make a personal vow to not shit on you until you are back on your feet, with your home sold, credit repaired, and back in tip top physical shape.

Grats...I'm jelly. Granted we're older.....bad knees, bad back, bad attitude....Happy for you and yours. Kid pumping time.
What ski resort? Probably not Beaver Creek 🙂
You on my lawn again? You and SJWaste should stay in your rocking chairs before you break your hips next.
Who the hell is that? :biggrin:Now the REAL conundrum:
What if the A/C in the M3 fails?!? What happens then??
Oh Lil Bro, you're still lying. When they gave you the loan your credit was "fine" and you still couldn't afford it. Your words. U going straight insane trying to back out of something you already said. So either you were lying then or now. Sad to see you come to this, it is.I couldn't when my credit was fucked. What part of that don't you understand?

Had you looked at short selling the house? I would think the bank would have preferred that over a foreclosure. A lot cheaper for them and they will at least get something out of the sale. I know FL is a non-recourse state, so no worries about the bank coming after the difference owed. Seems your attorney should have had a long conversation with you and the bank about the short sale option.
Would have been a faster process than foreclosing and you wouldn't take nearly the credit hit.
I would imagine it is far too late for that scenario now.
FL is NOT a non-recourse state and even worse they have 5 years after foreclosure to come after you, get a judgement, and levy non-exempt assets and or garnish wages..

You did grow up dirt poor didn't you, alk? That's why you're so bad with money?
The sad part is, it would probably cost more to fix it in the M3 than the house, and he'd get it fixed in the M3 first.
