Of course gas prices are down, people can just dip a bucket into the Gulf of Mexico and fill up their cars. Thanks Obama!

I learned from a real master this morning that the reason gas prices are high is that too many of you hippies are driving instead of riding your bikes. If you fuckers would start walking places I could drive a lot cheaper.

Oh how soon we forget...
All I was saying was under GW gas was all over the place. $3, $4, $5, $3, $5, $4.
People WERE screaming. Congress wanted to do something.. but what?
GAs prices made the news almost every night.
You don't remember all that crap??? ReAlLy???

Since Obama has been in, gas has been stable between $2.40 - $2.90.
I haven't seen a local gas station posting gas above $3 for a long long time.
And maybe Obama doesn't have a lot to do with gas prices, but I'd bet the Bush family
and old Cheney had a lot to do with gas prices...
And now he's out and hmmmmm gas has stabilized.
So don't piss down my back and tell me its raining...
PS. If you're paying $4 a gal for gas, I'd check to see if old Dick is operating your pump.

Obama was given the economy when it was brought on its knees by GW Bush, It takes time to undo all the damage and get it back up! In a short while what Obama has accomplished is very very good!

Remember GW Bush was in office for 8 years, and obama .......well you know........

They've been relatively flat as of late in my area floating between 2.80 and 3. I won't really consider it cheap until it's down below like 1.80. BTW I like how you guys think GWB had anything to do with this lol. Oil shot up because OPEC nations were "cutting" production by millions of barrels a year in order to drive up the price of oil, the neat thing is is they didn't really produce less, they just said they were and the price went up. Another reason gas prices are so fucking high right now is because we're actually importing gasoline, not just raw crude. Importing refined products is much more expensive than refining raw materials, but since retarded ass hippies can only think about hugging trees we haven't built a refinery in like 30+ years.

If you don't believe me look it up those are huge reasons. This whole "omfg foreign oil" thing is pretty much bullshit too. Look at top exporters to the USA, Canada and Mexico, then look how much the USA actually pulls out of the ground and how much we actually use, our dependence on foreign oil is self inflicted we could pretty much stop buying oil from the middle east or south america and just deal with our neighbors and our own supplies. But again hippies. Seriously fuck hippies.

Oh, please. Oil prices shot up because of a speculative frenzy- basic market manipulation- lots of liquidity looking for a way to make a fast buck.

I can't imagine that Obama or his policies really had any direct effect on gas prices over the last 1.5 years..

Gas has stayed over $3 at most station in Chicago and they are going back up towards $4 again. Station on my corner just went from $3.09 to $3.19

Milk was hovering at $5.99 a gallon and just went up over $6 to $6.12 so heading back to $7 again too.

You don't know how to read a graph do you? They average upward continously from the election to present.
